At Evergreen Bank Group we understand that privacy is an important concern for our customers and we recognize our affirmative and continuing obligation to keep the information you provide to us secure and confidential. We will safeguard the nonpublic personal information you provide, as well as your business activities and transactions information, using established security standards and procedures, and we are continually investigating new technology for safeguarding information. We will only disclose identification, transactional and our experience information, such as name, address, account balance and account history, with our affiliates. The following Privacy Policy applies to all websites owned and operated by Bancorp Financial, Inc. and Evergreen Bank Group (including its bank branch office in Evergreen Park, IL and its loan production office in Reno, Nevada under the name FreedomRoad Financial) collectively referred to in this Privacy Policy as "Evergreen Bank Group" or "Bank Group."
Disclosure of Privacy Policy to Evergreen Bank Group Customers

Evergreen Bank Group collects, retains and uses information about individual customers only where it is allowed by law and where Evergreen Bank Group reasonably believes it is useful in administering Evergreen Bank Group's business and in providing products, services and other opportunities to our customers. Evergreen Bank Group does not sell data divulging any specific information about an individual customer's accounts or transactions. Additionally, Evergreen Bank Group does not have any future plans to change its policy on selling data. Whenever Evergreen Bank Group does provide specifically identifiable customer information to a third party, Evergreen Bank Group insists through a written agreement that the third party adhere to similar Privacy Policies that provide for keeping such information confidential.
Special Information Applicable to Electronic (Internet) Bank
Evergreen Bank Group's Privacy Policy will apply to customers' confidential and private information with regard to both traditional and non-traditional (i.e., Internet) banking activities. However, due to the unique nature of the Internet and the ease with which information can be exchanged, Evergreen Bank Group feels it is important for customers to be aware of the unique issues surrounding Internet Banking. Messages sent to Evergreen Bank Group by electronic means (i.e., "e-mail") are not secure. Evergreen Bank Group recommends that individuals not send any confidential information to Evergreen Bank Group by e-mail. Individuals accept the risk that this information may be intercepted by a third party.
To better serve legitimate Internet Banking customers:
Evergreen Bank Group requires customers to utilize specific passwords for access to confidential and private information. Evergreen Bank Group reminds customers of their responsibility to safeguard User IDs and passwords. In addition, commercial customers should carefully screen those employees to whom User IDs and passwords are granted. Evergreen Bank Group utilizes encryption, firewall, router, third party verification procedures and other security software and hardware to help prevent unauthorized eavesdropping of and access to customers' confidential and private information. Evergreen Bank Group utilizes virus protection software to help prevent the spread of computer viruses. Evergreen Bank Group utilizes "cookies" to help authenticate its customers' identities and to help facilitate the exchange of information between Evergreen Bank Group's systems and its customers' systems. Evergreen Bank Group reminds all of its customers that links in Evergreen Bank Group's web sites can be found to web sites not under its control. These web sites will not necessarily comply with Evergreen Bank Group's "Privacy Principles" and security standards. Evergreen Bank Group reminds all of its customers that confidential and private information may be compromised in both traditional and non-traditional banking activities. Evergreen Bank Group can only establish policies and procedures to help restrict use of and access to confidential and private information. If any Bank customer believes that confidential and private information has been compromised, please contact Evergreen Bank Group immediately so that the potential breach can be investigated.
